At Topo Designs EU, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it along with the required return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, include the return slip, and securely seal the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
